Commercial Arrangement Scheme Wales Group (CASWG) Information
The Commercial Arrangement Scheme Wales Group (CASWG), is an AWMSG sub-committee established in April 2025. Membership consists of health board and NHS Wales colleagues to support the implementation of AWMSG and NICE recommended medicines associated with a commercial arrangement.

The CASWG review process exists to address any concerns regarding the assessment undertaken by the CASWG and the decision that was made. The review process provides a formal mechanism to address concerns raised by the originator of the commercial offering.
