The All Wales gabapentinoid resources for chronic pain have been developed to support healthcare professionals in the appropriate prescribing, review, and deprescribing of gabapentin and pregabalin (gabapentinoids) for chronic pain. The resources are split into five packs and provide practical guidance to support shared decision-making with patients, promote a holistic approach to chronic pain management, and reduce inappropriate prescribing. Each resource pack can be used on its own or alongside the others to support discussions with patients.
