This guidance was developed through collaboration with partners in both health and social care and outlines standards on collaborative governance to support safe and optimised medicines management, for a consistent and reliable approach to medicines management in community-based settings in Wales. The overarching goal is to ensure that each person receives the highest standard of medicines management tailored to their specific needs.
