| Abstract | Opioid abuse and misuse has increased over the last 10 years in the civilian population. Recent military veterans have an increased opioid abuse rate. However, there are no reports about the military community (both active duty and non-active duty) reporting the incidence of opioid use/misuse, reasons for misuse, and correlation with deployment injuries and illnesses. |
