The AWMSG Scutiny Panel will decide if a medicine is suitable for AWMSG assessment and the type of assessment required. AWTTC will then request that the applicant company complete the appropriate submission form for the assessment to proceed.
Please do not complete either form until requested to do so by AWTTC (note: for medicines you wish to propose for consideration for AWMSG assessment please use this link).

Medicines for very rare diseases
Please note that, before submitting the Submission Form for AWMSG HTA to AWTTC, it’s essential that you have confirmation from AWTTC that the medicine is eligible for appraisal under the AWMSG very rare disease policy. The applicant company must complete and submit to AWTTC the Medicines for a very rare disease form as outlined in the AWMSG policy for appraising a medicine for a very rare disease.
