Join our Patient and Public Interest Group (PAPIG)

We need your input to help us develop our guidance, and to assess new medicines.

Patients, and their families and carers, are the best people to tell us how a health condition or medicine affects them.

Our PAPIG meetings are an opportunity for you to talk to us in person, hear about our work, and find out how you can help.

Everyone is welcome to join PAPIG and come to PAPIG meetings: patients and their families, carers, patient organisations and members of the public.

PAPIG meets four times a year. In previous years we have met in the Routledge Academic Centre, at University Hospital Llandough, near Cardiff. However, because of the coronavirus pandemic, we have met virtually since 2021. You can see videos of these meetings and details of our next meeting on our Patient and Public Interest Group (PAPIG) meetings page.

Please contact us if you'd like to come along, or if you'd like us to email you about our consultations and future meetings.

"The meeting was both informative and exciting, and I believe that any group that does get involved will feel that their views are really being taken into consideration; I would urge any patient group working or advocating on behalf of their patients / members to get in touch with AWTTC and express an interest."
